Refund Policy

Professional fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Government rejection.
• Incorrect information submitted by the client.
• Delay by government departments.
• Change in customer requirements.
• Customer's failure to provide required documents.
• Non-response from the customer.

If KG TAX Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is unable to commence the requested service due to internal reasons, an appropriate refund may be issued after review.

Government fees, statutory fees, portal charges, certification fees, testing fees, courier charges, and third-party charges are non-refundable.
